Brand Rebuild: Daksha to Axentia.AI

About Axentia.AI

Axentia.AI works at the intersection of SAP and enterprise AI, helping organisations deploy AI copilots, intelligent automation, and orchestrated workflows across SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce ecosystems. It operates in strategic partnership with Orane Consulting, a SAP Gold Partner with field tested implementation experience across manufacturing, FMCG, BFSI, and infrastructure clients. Under the Axentia Academy umbrella, it also runs enterprise training programs built to turn SAP and AI adoption into a real, teachable capability rather than a theoretical one.

The Brief

When I joined, the company was still operating as Daksha, a single course sitting under Orane Consulting rather than a brand in its own right. It needed a full identity built from the ground up, and that identity had to hold up in a category where enterprise leaders can spot a shallow rebrand from a mile away.

The Catch

A rebrand in the enterprise SAP and AI space has to do two things that pull against each other. It has to feel credible enough for CIOs and transformation leaders to take seriously, and it still has to be something people actually want to engage with on LinkedIn or Instagram, where most enterprise brand content dies of its own dryness.

Building that balance from a blank page, logo, tagline, brand assets, guidelines, voice, meant every decision had to earn its place twice.

The Approach

I treated the rebrand as a communication system by building the brand guidelines, messaging framework, and creative direction first, then used that foundation to direct everything downstream: the website, the LinkedIn and Instagram content, the YouTube presence, and the email and CRM nurture flows running through Brevo, Mailchimp, and Interakt.

On the search side, I built out SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Trends, so the new brand wasn't just visible to people who already knew to look for it but was reaching our target audience through social media, website, and other outreaching platforms.

Once the identity was live, the team colectively used it to launch Axentia Academy from the ground up, building three programs, ECAP, Forward School, and Forward Career Navigator, and shipping the company website end to end alongside the dev team. I also ran the early counselling and pre sales conversations myself, which meant the brand voice I'd written was also the voice doing the actual selling, a good test of whether the positioning actually worked in a live conversation.

The Outcome

The rebrand held up where it mattered most, in the numbers that followed it. On LinkedIn where I oversaw end to end content production (from reserach, trend analysis, scripting, desiging and execution). Following the internal launch of the 1st product ECAP in May 2026, LinkedIn content began generating significantly stronger visibility and audience engagement.

During the measured period, the page recorded an organic growth of 80,316 impressions, 98.8% growth rate in 60 days and 393 addition to Axentia's LinkedIn community members reflecting a substantial increase in organic reach and interaction.

Snapshot of LinkedIn performance growth following the May 2026 product launch until 2 months with consistent posting.

Snapshot of LinkedIn performance after activity was paused during the production of the new product, Forward School, and subsequently restarted. Following the restart, the page recorded 9,836 impressions, 314 reactions, 10 July and 13 August 2026.

Video Production Head

Built the production capability from scratch

I helped turn an empty room into a functional shooting space and built the production workflow around it. From there, I took reel content from research and idea development through writing, scripting, direction, shooting, editing and final delivery.

I also developed the content strategy and positioning for founder-led videos in the early stage, identifying the themes, narratives and points of view the founder could consistently own in the SAP, AI and enterprise technology space.

Across the project, I produced 20 videos, with 11 videos edited end-to-end, alongside 100+ content assets across carousels, static posts, motion graphics, reels and AI-generated video.Additional Ownership

The role also expanded beyond brand and content into the operational side of building the Academy.

I supported SHL management and student counselling, working directly with prospective students and helping translate programme positioning into actual conversations. That gave me a useful feedback loop between what we were saying in the brand and what audiences were actually asking about.

I also supported FCN campaign marketing, contributing to 700+ programme registrations and the generation of 50K+ lead data, while working across content, campaign communication and lead-generation activity.
